Zhuhai Tianhui Electronic Co., Ltd. officially announces the launch of TH-UV255WFYT-TO39H-P3, a high-performance 255nm Uvc Led in a standard TO39 metal package. This product is specially optimized for detection and analytical applications, with verified optical and electrical performance supported by complete integrating sphere test reports.
The LED operates at 255nm peak wavelength (250–260nm range), with typical radiant flux of 1.5mW at 20mA forward current. It features narrow spectral half-width of 11nm and 7.5° viewing angle, providing concentrated and stable output for precision measurement and analytical scenarios.
