III. Solution Principle

1.UV LED curing principle: UV LED lights are installed near the print head or under the printing platform. The photoinitiator in the ink absorbs energy and generates free radicals, triggering a polymerization reaction in the ink to achieve rapid curing.

2.Collaborative principle of modification: Combine the UV LED system with the original control system of the printer. Through circuit modification and software programming, control the UV LED. At the same time, install a heat dissipation device to ensure stable operation.
